Making english the official company language Berlitz partnered with Shiseido to implement progressive English language training to achieve Shiseido’s vision of being a “global winner as a global beauty company from Japan.”

In order to increase presence as a "global beauty company from Japan", Shiseido needed to actively promote improved communication throughout the company.
