
先把(ba)種子(zi)(zi)浸2小(xiao)時(shi)后用(yong)濕沙(sha)布包裹,吊于水井或置于山洞或5~10℃的冰箱內3~4天進行低溫催(cui)芽(ya)(ya),待(dai)大部分種子(zi)(zi)發芽(ya)(ya)后播種。或用(yong)植(zhi)物激(ji)素(su)(su)處(chu)理種子(zi)(zi),如細胞激(ji)動素(su)(su)100微升(sheng)(sheng)/升(sheng)(sheng)(ppm)溶液(ye)(ye)浸種3分鐘或用(yong)赤霉素(su)(su)5微升(sheng)(sheng)/升(sheng)(sheng)(ppm)溶液(ye)(ye)浸種6~7小(xiao)時(shi),催(cui)芽(ya)(ya)效果良(liang)好。
生菜(cai)(cai)喜(xi)冷涼(liang)而忌高溫,其種(zhong)子在4℃以(yi)上開始發(fa)芽(ya),發(fa)芽(ya)適溫為(wei)15~20℃,30℃以(yi)上高溫受抑制,因此,除高溫季節(jie)外,播(bo)種(zhong)生菜(cai)(cai)種(zhong)子前,一般(ban)(ban)不(bu)需處(chu)理,而在7~8月(yue)份,由(you)于(yu)溫度太高,一般(ban)(ban)要進行催(cui)芽(ya)處(chu)理,方法為(wei):先(xian)把(ba)種(zhong)子浸(jin)2小(xiao)時(shi)后用(yong)濕沙布包(bao)裹,吊于(yu)水井或置于(yu)山洞或5~10℃的冰箱內3~4天(tian)進行低溫催(cui)芽(ya),待大(da)部分(fen)種(zhong)子發(fa)芽(ya)后播(bo)種(zhong)。或用(yong)植物激(ji)素處(chu)理種(zhong)子,如細胞激(ji)動(dong)素100微升(sheng)/升(sheng)(ppm)溶液浸(jin)種(zhong)3分(fen)鐘或用(yong)赤霉素5微升(sheng)/升(sheng)(ppm)溶液浸(jin)種(zhong)6~7小(xiao)時(shi),催(cui)芽(ya)效果良(liang)好。
